1. Introduction

Welcome to VibeReady. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at vibeready.sh (the "Website") and any software products made available for purchase through the Website (the "Software").

By accessing the Website, creating an account, or purchasing the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website or purchase the Software.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VibeReady. Please read them carefully before using our services or making a purchase.

For information on how we collect and handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase the Software or enter into these Terms.

2. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • "Software" refers to the VibeReady source code, documentation, configuration files, and any associated materials delivered via GitHub repository access.
  • "Licensee" (also referred to as "you" or "your") means the individual person or legal entity that purchases a license to use the Software.
  • "End Product" means any application, service, or product that you build using the Software as a foundation or component.
  • "Organization" means the Licensee's company, team, or other legal entity on whose behalf the Licensee is acting.
  • "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to VibeReady, its owners, and its operators.

3. Products & Purchase

VibeReady offers two products:

  • AI Framework Only — $149 (one-time payment) — Our AI development framework, including the AGENTS.md router, skill library, auto-docs generation, and quality gates. Designed to drop into any existing codebase.
  • Full Kit — $399 (one-time payment) — Everything included in the AI Framework, plus a production-ready SaaS application with authentication, billing integration, team management, dashboards, an AI assistant, super admin panel, and GCP deployment configuration.

Both products include updates at no additional cost for as long as VibeReady continues to maintain the Software. Updates are delivered through your GitHub repository. If VibeReady ceases operations, your license to use the Software you purchased remains valid in perpetuity. Both products may be used across unlimited projects, subject to the license terms described in Section 4.

Purchases are completed through Polar, a Stripe-backed payment platform. By making a purchase, you also agree to Polar's terms of service.

After successful payment, you will receive access to the relevant GitHub repository containing the Software. This is the sole method of delivery.

Please note: all purchases are final and non-refundable once repository access has been granted. Review our product documentation thoroughly before purchasing.

We reserve the right to change product pricing at any time. However, any price changes will not affect purchases already completed. You will always retain the product you paid for at the price you paid.

4. License Terms

Purchasing the Software grants you a commercial license to use it in accordance with the terms described below. Full license terms are included with the Software in the Commercial License Agreement file within the repository.

In the event of any conflict between this section and the Commercial License Agreement, the Commercial License Agreement shall prevail.

Permitted Uses

  • Use the Software in unlimited End Products, both personal and commercial
  • Modify the source code to suit your needs
  • Deploy End Products built with the Software to production environments
  • Use the Software for client projects and internal tools

Restrictions

  • You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software itself as a template, starter kit, boilerplate, or similar product
  • You may not create a competing product that is substantially derived from the Software
  • You may not share your GitHub repository access credentials or grant access to the repository to individuals or entities who have not purchased their own license

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital source code products, all sales are final once GitHub repository access has been granted. Source code cannot be "returned" in a meaningful way, and access cannot be revoked after delivery.

We strongly encourage you to review all available product information on the Website before making a purchase decision.

If you experience technical issues with the Software or believe there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us at support@vibeready.sh and we will do our best to help resolve the matter.

Payment disputes are handled through Polar's dispute resolution process. We will cooperate fully with any legitimate dispute inquiries.

6. Intellectual Property

VibeReady retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Purchasing the Software grants you a license to use it — it does not transfer ownership of the Software to you.

You own full rights to your End Products and any modifications you make to the Software as part of building those End Products.

The VibeReady name, logo, and any associated branding or trademarks are the property of VibeReady and may not be used without prior written permission, except as required to accurately identify the Software in a descriptive context (for example, "Built with VibeReady").

7. Website Use

The Website at vibeready.sh is provided for informational and commercial purposes. When using the Website, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Website without prior written consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, its servers, or any connected systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Website
  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when interacting with the Website

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software and the Website are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VibeReady disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Software or Website content

We do not guarantee that the Software will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption, or be free of errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. You assume full responsibility for selecting the Software and for the results obtained from its use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VibeReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software or the Website, regardless of the theory of liability.

In no event shall VibeReady's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Software exceed the amount you actually paid to VibeReady for the Software.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VibeReady, its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Software or the Website
  • Your End Products or any services you provide using the Software
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Any claim by a third party related to your End Products

11. Termination

Your license to use the Software is perpetual, provided that you remain in compliance with these Terms and the Commercial License Agreement included with the Software.

If you breach any provision of these Terms, your license to use the Software will terminate automatically and immediately, without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.

The following sections of these Terms shall survive termination: Intellectual Property (Section 6), Disclaimer of Warranties (Section 8), Limitation of Liability (Section 9), Indemnification (Section 10), and Governing Law (Section 12).

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Software or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and post the updated Terms on the Website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Website or the Software after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the email address associated with your purchase, but we are not obligated to do so.

15. General Provisions

  • Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  • Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with the Commercial License Agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VibeReady regarding the Software and the Website.
  • Assignment — You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. VibeReady may assign its rights and obligations freely without restriction.
  • Waiver — Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
